The role requires mandatory FMCG sales experience, experience in Traditional Trade or Modern Trade, a valid UAE driving license, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering results. The company offers an attractive salary package plus performance commission.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the FMCG sales team to achieve targets for poultry and canned foods
- Manage relationships with Traditional Trade and Modern Trade customers
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow market share in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility and pricing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors and key accounts
- Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence to management
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance against targets
- Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability
