Job Summary
We are seeking a Recovery Executive with excellent English communication skills and a presentable personality to handle client interactions professionally while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Experience with real estate developers or property-related payment collections is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments and overdue installments.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain positive client relationships while ensuring timely payment collection.
- Explain payment schedules, outstanding balances, and payment deadlines.
- Handle client queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and recovery status.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams.
- Prepare regular reports on pending payments and collection progress.
