Job Summary
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with 2-4 years of experience in road works, highways, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have prior working experience in the UAE, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for road works and infrastructure.
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and prepare interim payment applications.
- Manage subcontractor agreements, variations, and commercial reporting (CVRs).
- Track material usage (asphalt, sub-base) and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
