Job Overview
Job Summary
We are seeking an NOC Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE construction experience and a proven track record of obtaining NOCs and authority approvals. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements and be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications through to final approval.
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth approvals.
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures.
- Coordinate with Municipality, Civil Defence, utility, telecom, and transport authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this NOC Engineer vacancy in Abu Dhabi must meet the following criteria:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UAE construction projects, with a proven track record of obtaining NOCs and authority approvals.
- Strong working knowledge of Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures.
Skills & Mandatory Requirements
- Ability to independently prepare, submit, and follow up on NOC applications.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory).
