Job Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Manager to lead and supervise our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate must have mandatory UAE real estate accounting experience, strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax, and a proven ability to manage an accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and guide the accounting team to ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve the performance of the Accounts Department.
- Allocate and segregate duties among team members to ensure proper workflow and accountability.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, management reports, and financial statements.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate accounting records and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and accounting regulations.
- Establish effective accounting procedures and internal controls.
- Coordinate with management on financial planning and business decisions.
