Job Summary
KAICO is seeking a Marketing Executive to plan, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery in Kuwait. The role involves managing social media channels, conducting market research, coordinating promotional activities, and organizing events. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of local marketing experience, preferably in an automotive dealership, and be fluent in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media channels for each brand, whether outsourced or handled internally.
- Draft, translate, and edit public relations materials as needed.
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports for the Division Manager.
- Plan, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and growth opportunities.
- Develop and present innovative marketing strategies and creative concepts.
- Coordinate and support promotional activities across various platforms.
- Write, proofread, and edit engaging marketing content and copy.
- Organize and manage marketing events, activations, and roadshows.
- Ensure consistent internal and external marketing communication, reinforcing organizational culture.
- Brief, coordinate, and follow up with internal teams and external agencies on campaign execution.
- Oversee and optimize digital media targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Executive vacancy in Kuwait must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Minimum 3+ years of local experience in a related field.
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak).
- University Graduate; preferably in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications.
- Social media experience; Familiar with all Microsoft Office tools.
- Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based.
Preferred
- Experience in an automotive dealership.
- Holder of a Kuwait driver's license is an added advantage.
