Job Summary
Green stone Landscaping is looking for an Infrastructure Draftsman to join their team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on infrastructure and underground utilities projects, requiring the preparation of 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD, developing utility-crossing shop drawings, and producing cross-sections and as-built drawings. Strong civil drawing knowledge and the ability to read construction plans are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop utility-crossing shop drawings and obtain consultant approval.
- Prepare longitudinal profiles showing existing ground, road, cable-top, and trench-bottom levels.
- Produce non-standard drawings for multi-party approval and final as-built drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client/engineering comments and maintain revisions/document control.
- Perform calculations to support drawing development.
- Support construction teams with drawing/design assistance.
- Prepare shop drawing packages for roads, stormwater pipelines, seawater lines, and street-lighting cable routes.
- Prepare road cross-sections, grade sheets, and progressive cross-sections for QS.
- Handle dry/wet utilities including LV/HV cable ducts (WDD, TRA, BNET, ITS), submissions, consultant approvals, and drawing custody.
