Job Summary
Adeeb Group is seeking a qualified Facilities Engineer to oversee and manage hard services across commercial and residential properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of UAE experience in facilities maintenance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve technical issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise contractors and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
- Prepare technical reports, quotations, and maintenance documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Maintenance.
