Job Summary
Blue Ocean Global is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable in Dubai, UAE. The role involves handling multi-entity accounting across the UAE and KSA, bank and intercompany reconciliations, VAT compliance, month-end closing, and financial reporting. Candidates proficient in MS Excel, accounting software, and ideally Odoo will be a strong fit for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
- Perform bank reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
- Handle VAT compliance, month-end closing, and financial reporting tasks.
- Maintain accounting records for multiple entities across the UAE and KSA.
- Utilize accounting software, MS Excel, and Odoo (if applicable) for daily financial operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Accountant AP and AR vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and multi-entity accounting.
- Experience in AP & AR, bank reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Knowledge of VAT, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Preferred
- Experience handling multiple entities across the UAE and KSA.
- Odoo experience is an advantage.
