Job Summary
Blue Ocean Global is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Ecommerce Distribution team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control & Collections, preferably in Ecommerce Wholesale / Distribution / FMCG. Strong experience in credit assessment, receivables management, and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Sage / Odoo) is required. UAE market experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit control and collections activities for Ecommerce distribution.
- Conduct credit assessments and manage receivables for B2B and Ecommerce clients.
- Deal with E-commerce portals and manage credit processes through online platforms.
- Monitor customer accounts, aging reports, and ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit-related issues.
Qualifications & Requirements

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Credit Control & Collections.
- Experience in Credit assessment & receivables management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Preferably in Ecommerce Wholesale / Distribution / FMCG.
