Job Summary
MAPYR is growing its Finance team and looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join and support the day-to-day accounting and finance operations across the GCC. The role will suit someone who is organised, accurate and confident managing multiple financial processes and deadlines, including Accounts Payable, inventory management, bank reconciliations, and compliance support.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and verifying supplier invoices, purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Managing vendor onboarding and maintaining vendor records.
- Recording Accounts Payable transactions and preparing payment requests.
- Ensuring supplier payments are processed on time.
- Supporting month-end closing and AP reporting.
- Maintaining accurate inventory transactions and stock records.
- Preparing inventory reports and monitoring stock movements.
- Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing petty cash and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Processing employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Supporting company renewals, documentation and compliance deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting or Inventory Management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and Accounts Payable processes.
- Good Excel and accounting software/ERP skills.
