Job Overview
Job Summary
Al Farah Restaurant is hiring for two positions in Abu Dhabi: Social Media Executive (Arabic Speaker) and Call Center Agent (Arabic Speaker). The Social Media Executive will manage social media channels, create content, and promote the business. The Call Center Agent will manage inbound calls, process orders, and handle customer inquiries. Both positions require fluency in Arabic and English.

- Arab National who is fluent in English Language.
- 3+ years experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, Sales and Marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Graphic Design, Illustrator, AI tools.

- Positive attitude.
- Relevant Degree & Certifications.
- Good communication skills.
Call Center Agent Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in F&B industry.
- Fluent in English and Arabic language.
- Positive attitude.
- Experience in dealing with customers.
- Great time management skills.
