Trigon LLC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist customers in choosing the right printing solutions, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting printers and related accessories based on their requirements.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and key functionalities to customers.
- Recommend suitable printing solutions and accessories to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent service.
- Ensure products are well-displayed, stocked, and presented according to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest printer technologies, product features, and promotions.
- Support day-to-day retail operations, including inventory checks and store housekeeping.
