Job Overview
Job Summary
Hard Precast Building Systems LLC (HPBS) is hiring a QA/QC Inspector / Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in the precast industry, good experience in reading and understanding technical drawings, and relevant QA/QC experience in precast construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is a subsidiary of ASGC and offers total precast solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on precast products and materials
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards and procedures
- Conduct tests and inspections to verify product quality
- Document and report quality issues and non-conformances
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams on quality matters
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this QA/QC Inspector / Engineer vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the precast industry
- Good experience in reading and understanding technical drawings
- Relevant QA/QC experience in precast construction is preferred
Eligibility
- Engineering degree or diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Quality
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
