Job Summary
Madar Emirates for Building Materials LLC is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials at competitive prices while ensuring timely delivery to support our ongoing projects in the steel and building materials sectors. Arabic and English language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing/procurement role.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure goods and services in line with company requirements.
- Research, evaluate and compare suppliers, prices and offers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sources.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
- Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate with various departments.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
- Ensure all purchasing activities are cost-effective and in line with company policies.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in trading or distribution.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.

- Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
