ECCI is expanding our production team and looking for skilled, hands-on Production Operators to join our aerospace & defence interconnect manufacturing operations. If you have experience working with precision cable assemblies and high-reliability manufacturing, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cable harness assembly with high workmanship standards.
- Carry out crimping, soldering, and wire preparation tasks.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform connector assembly and termination.
- Apply cable routing, sleeving, shielding, and protection techniques.
- Conduct inspection, testing, and maintain quality awareness.
- Utilize precision tools and follow controlled manufacturing processes.
