Hayatt Facilities Management LLC is urgently hiring an Assistant Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must be available to join immediately or on short notice. This role involves preparing estimates, invoices, and LPOs, recording supplier and customer transactions, managing petty cash, and performing bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates, sales orders, invoices, and LPOs.
- Record all supplier bills and payments made to suppliers.
- Record customer payments received.
- Manage petty cash and record all company expenses.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly.
- Ensure proper filing and record-keeping for all financial documents.
