Job Summary
Cornish Arabian Aluminum Factory LLC is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive specializing in aluminium façade materials. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in aluminium façade, curtain wall, glazing, or construction. Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, negotiating pricing, preparing Purchase Orders, and coordinating with multiple departments. Strong knowledge of aluminium façade materials and accessories, along with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate suppliers for aluminium façade and construction materials
- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
- Prepare Purchase Orders and ensure timely material delivery
- Coordinate with project, estimation, engineering, warehouse and accounts teams
- Manage supplier relationships and follow up on deliveries
- Verify material specifications, quantities, quality and approved brands
- Monitor project procurement requirements and material schedules
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative approved materials
