Job Summary
Oxypro Electromechanical Work LLC is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join their MEP team. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in MEP planning and project scheduling, with proven experience in Villa & Residential Building projects. Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 is essential. Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules for MEP works using Primavera P6
- Monitor project progress and track milestones
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution
- Prepare progress reports and update project plans
- Identify risks and delays and propose mitigation strategies
- Analyze resource requirements and optimize project schedules
- Support project managers with planning and reporting activities
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Planning Engineer – MEP vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in MEP planning and project scheduling
- Proven experience in Villa & Residential Building projects
- Good knowledge of MEP works and construction activities
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6
