Job Overview
Job Summary
ARD PERFUMES is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager with a minimum of 7-10 years within the perfume industry. The ideal candidate is familiar with the production processes for EDP/EDT Perfumes, CPO attars, Roll-ons, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Bakhoor, and Oud muattars. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily perfume production activities
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned timelines and resources
- Coordinate with R&D, QC, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales/Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Ensure correct implementation of batch sheets, production orders, and SOPs
- Monitor raw material and packaging material consumption and minimize wastage
- Ensure proper batch traceability and documentation throughout the production process
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to improve productivity
- Ensure machines, equipment, and production areas are properly maintained and hygienic
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team to minimize machine downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, GMP, and company procedures
- Supervise, train, and manage production staff and workers
- Monitor manpower requirements, attendance, productivity, and discipline
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production reports
- Support implementation and effective use of ERP for production-related activities
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Production Manager vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Minimum 7-10 years of perfume management experience in the perfume manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with production processes for EDP/EDT Perfumes, CPO attars, Roll-ons, Deodorants, Cosmetics, Bakhoor, and Oud muattars
- Strong knowledge of production planning, SOPs, and GMP standards

- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo, is an advantage
