Job Summary
KAICO, the exclusive automotive distributor in Kuwait and part of the Al Shaya Group, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of local experience (preferably in automotive dealership), is fluent in English & Arabic, and holds a transferable visa #18. This role involves managing social media channels, executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media channels for each brand, whether outsourced or handled internally
- Draft, translate, and edit public relations materials as needed
- Prepare daily and weekly marketing activity reports for the Division Manager
- Plan, oversee, and execute marketing campaigns from ideation to delivery
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify target audiences and growth opportunities
- Develop and present innovative marketing strategies and creative concepts
- Coordinate and support promotional activities across various platforms
- Write, proofread, and edit engaging marketing content and copy
- Organize and manage marketing events, activations, and roadshows
- Ensure consistent internal and external marketing communication
- Brief, coordinate, and follow up with internal teams and external agencies on campaign execution
- Oversee and optimize digital media targeting to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Executive vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Minimum 3+ years' local experience in related field (preferably in automotive dealership)
- Fluent in English & Arabic languages (read, write & speak)
- University Graduate; preferably in Marketing, Advertisement, Communications
- Transferable visa #18; Kuwait based
Eligibility
- Social media experience; Familiar with all Microsoft Office tools
- Holder of Kuwait driver's license is an added advantage
