Job Summary
Robohub is looking for a Logistics & Storekeeper to join our team in Dubai. The role involves stock management, outbound shipment and logistics, inbound and vendor coordination, and general operations support. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics role, with strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts, flagging discrepancies or damaged items promptly.
- Organise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds.
- Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries, Amazon, Noon, and international orders.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups and follow up on delivery status.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors on inbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentation.
- Support the operations team with packing, loading, and handling of goods including heavy or sensitive equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety standards.

Mandatory Qualifications
- Prior experience in a storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics role.
- Familiarity with stock management systems or inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills.
- Physically able to handle, lift, and move stock and equipment as required.
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills — comfortable with Excel and inventory tools.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
