Job Summary
ADMAC is looking for a Lifting Supervisor with LAP approval to join our team for exciting infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of UAE construction/infrastructure experience with strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging, and crane activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all lifting operations including rigging and crane activities on site.
- Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Ensure compliance with TAQA/ADM standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors for lifting activities.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure safe execution of lifting operations.
- Maintain lifting equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Lifting Supervisor vacancy in Abu Dhabi must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- 3-5+ years of UAE construction/infrastructure experience
- Experience in sewerage, pipelines, manholes & chambers
- Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging & crane activities
- Experience in lifting plans, risk assessments & method statements
Preferred Qualifications
- LAP (Lifting Appointed Person) Approval preferred
- Familiarity with TAQA/ADM standards
- NDM/NDRC project experience is an added advantage
- OSHA/NEBOSH or other HSE certifications preferred
