Job Summary
KOKEN International FZ LLC is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting and finance experience in the UAE or GCC, preferably in tobacco, cigarette, FMCG, manufacturing, or excise goods industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial accounting, bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, financial controls, and regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, and Sales departments for accurate inventory and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate costing of tobacco products, cigarettes, Heat-Not-Burn (HNB) products, and related raw materials.
- Monitor tobacco raw material consumption, production yields, wastage, and finished goods reconciliation.
- Handle monthly stock counts and physical inventory verification for raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and excise products.
- Prepare and submit UAE VAT and Corporate Tax returns and ensure compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
