Flex Fleet Ship Management Services LLC is looking for a Junior Accounts Payable Executive to join our growing Finance team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt Note, and Invoice).
- Assist with Accounts Payable processing, payment preparation, and supplier reconciliations.
- Prepare cheque payments and online bank transfers.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital filing of AP documents.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT requirements.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely invoice approvals and payments.
