Job Summary
High Trust General Contracting is hiring for two positions. We are looking for a Draftsman with 3+ years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects, and a Civil Site Engineer with 5+ years of experience in roads, highways, and earthwork projects. Both positions require strong technical skills and the ability to work on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Qualifications & Requirements
Draftsman
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Draftsman in construction or infrastructure projects
- Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and As-Built Drawings
- Good knowledge of engineering standards and construction drawings
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field
- Strong AutoCAD drafting skills
- Civil 3D knowledge is an advantage
- AutoCAD Certification is preferred
- Knowledge of UAE engineering standards is an advantage
- Good English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills
Civil Site Engineer – Roads & Highways
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roads, infrastructure, and earthwork projects
- Experience in project planning and scheduling using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs and analyze earthwork volumes
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and safety standards
- Experience in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs
