Job Overview
Job Summary
District Cooling International LLC is hiring a Chiller Technician with experience in air-cooled chillers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the UAE with hands-on experience in the service, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and operation of air-cooled chillers from multiple manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and operate air-cooled chillers from multiple manufacturers.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, fans, motors, expansion valves, sensors, and control devices.
- Interpret and troubleshoot alarms, fault codes, and error messages across different chiller brands.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, control schematics, and technical manuals.
- Perform refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance analysis.
- Implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Independently identify the root cause of equipment failures and implement appropriate corrective actions.
