Job Summary
Areen Pack is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join their Finance & Accounts team. This role is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start and build their career in finance while gaining hands-on experience in customer collections, account management, and ERP systems. Female candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments
- Maintain customer payment records and account statements
- Send payment reminders and update collection details
- Assist with account reconciliation and ageing reports
- Update payment and collection information in ERPNext
- Coordinate with the Finance and Sales teams
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Receivable Executive vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Basic Accounting & Excel knowledge
- Strong Communication & Follow-up Skills
