Job Overview
Job Summary
FLOWTRONIX is immediately hiring an Accounts Operations Supervisor to join their growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), strong people management skills, and analytical thinking abilities. This role involves managing vendor payments, overseeing collections, leading and coaching the team, and driving financial excellence in the Industrial Safety Equipment industry. We offer visa, health insurance, vacation leave, paid sick leave, bi-annual air ticket, performance-based salary increments, and UAE public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor payments, invoices, reconciliations and ensure timely, accurate processing
- Oversee collections, billing, customer accounts and ensure healthy cash flow and aging control
- Lead, coach and develop the team to achieve performance, growth and collaboration
- Apply strong analytical skills to review data, identify trends and support better decision-making
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and financial excellence across accounts operations
- Set priorities and keep operations on track in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Accounts Operations Supervisor vacancy must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Strong people management and team leadership skills

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in the Industrial Safety Equipment industry is an advantage
