Job Summary
bfm - Bloom Facilities Management is looking for a Trainee Engineer (Arabic Speaker) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in the Facilities Management industry and hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of client facilities.
- Support the engineering team in mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
- Participate in facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients and contractors in Arabic and English.
- Assist in preparing technical reports and maintenance schedules.
- Learn and apply FM best practices and industry standards.
- Support energy management and sustainability initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Facilities Management industry
