Job Summary
VANEST for Medical Equipment Trading LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Specialist to oversee the procurement of dental and medical equipment, consumables, spare parts, and office supplies. The successful candidate will manage supplier relationships, coordinate international and local purchases, negotiate pricing, monitor inventory requirements, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Source dental and medical equipment, consumables, spare parts, and office supplies from approved local and international suppliers.
- Obtain quotations and compare pricing, lead times, product quality, and supplier performance.
- Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) using Odoo ERP and monitor until delivery completion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers; negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Warehouse and Sales Departments to forecast inventory requirements and monitor stock levels.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs clearance agents, and shipping companies for international shipments.
- Analyze purchasing trends, monitor procurement budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure purchased products comply with company quality standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
