Job Summary
Martrade Group is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have logistics experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, and be fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations including shipping, freight forwarding, and transportation.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics execution.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve logistics-related issues promptly.
- Monitor shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Support project logistics and port operations as required.
