Haier Gulf is seeking a Logistics Planning Associate to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales vs. stock performance, managing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and handling import and trade documentation. This role requires strong knowledge of logistics, imports, and supply chain coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze Sales vs. Stock performance and support OPSI planning.
- Create, release, and manage Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Manage import and trade documentation (LC, BL, CI, PL, COO, etc.).
- Monitor budgets, accruals, and payment processes.
- Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, clearance teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
