Phoenician T.S L.L.C is looking for an experienced Landscape Project Manager to join our team immediately on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and landscape expertise with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop, manage, and track project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Supervise, motivate, and train landscape teams (groundskeepers, horticulturists, maintenance crews) to perform tasks efficiently and safely.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with landscape designers or architects to translate project vision into practical plans.
- Source and manage the procurement of plants, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress, review completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and implement necessary corrections or punch lists.
- Ensure all project work complies with safety regulations and local standards.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
