Job Overview
Job Summary
EMICHEM is looking for a proactive and experienced IT Executive to join its team and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and day-to-day technical operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science, have 5+ years of relevant UAE IT experience, and bring hands-on ERP experience along with strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.
- Administer and provide technical support for ERP systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Support CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and IP telephony.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide timely IT support to end users and maintain IT documentation, software licenses, and IT asset inventory.
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and technology service providers.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this IT Executive vacancy in the UAE must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, including implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Preferred
- Experience with SQL databases, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and cloud technologies.
- South Indian nationality preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
