Job Summary
Fakhruddin Group is looking for an experienced Fleet and Logistics Executive to join our Administration team in Dubai. We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in automotive, fleet management, property operations, and utilities administration. The successful candidate will manage vehicle fleet operations, coordinate with RTA and insurance providers, and handle utility accounts across the group's diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle fleet registration, renewals, Salik and fuel cards.
- Coordinate with RTA, insurance providers and workshops for servicing.
- Manage insurance policies and track renewals and claims.
- Manage activation, deactivation and transfer of DEWA/telecom accounts.
- Monitor and process utility bills to avoid penalties or disruptions.
- Maintain documentation and prepare monthly expense/renewal reports.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and liaise with internal teams.
