Areen Hospitality is seeking a Chief Accountant to lead its finance team in Manama, Bahrain. The role requires 3-5 years of finance leadership experience with a mandatory background in hospitality, hotel, F&B, or leisure. The successful candidate will be hands-on with month-end close, reconciliations, budgeting, and team development while driving automation and AI-enabled finance tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the full accounting function including month-end close, reconciliations, and budgeting.
- Manage and develop the accounting team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Drive automation and implement AI-enabled finance tools to improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Mandatory Requirements
- Accounting or Finance degree.
- 3-5 years in a finance/accounting leadership role.
