Job Summary

Accuvat Chartered Accountants is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Sales Coordinator to manage customer invoicing, accounts receivable, payment follow-ups, sales coordination, and documentation for one of our clients. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience with invoicing and bank reconciliations, and the ability to coordinate effectively across teams while ensuring accuracy and timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
  • Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections from clients.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate sales documentation and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update customer records and payment status in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable aging and collections status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order-to-cash cycle.
