Job Overview
Job Summary
Jotun is seeking a proactive Accounts Executive to support the Finance function in Dubai. The role involves providing backup coverage for Accounts Payable activities, contributing to month-end reporting, and supporting finance process automation using digital and AI tools. The ideal candidate is a proactive finance professional with strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and a keen interest in technology-driven process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide backup support for Accounts Payable activities including payments and RM/non-RM booking tasks.
- Assist in processing supplier payments and supplier reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing in line with audit and internal control requirements.
- Support month-end closing, reporting, and account reconciliation activities.
- Prepare finance reports, dashboards, and analyses using AI and digital tools.
- Support automation of reports and finance processes using Excel, Power BI, Copilot, and similar tools.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with ad-hoc finance, reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks as required.
