Job Overview
Job Summary
Rukooz is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger postings.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Process supplier invoices, customer payments, and expense claims.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
- Monitor project costs and support management with financial analysis.
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and financial record-keeping systems.
- Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management teams regarding financial matters.
