Job Overview
Job Summary
Elite Extrusions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join its Finance team in Ras Al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming cash flow, maintaining accurate accounting ledgers, and ensuring full tax compliance. The role requires 5+ years of solid accounting experience, strong Excel and problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle banking documentation and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the AR ledger and files, reconcile transactions (cheques, wire transfers, LC, cash), and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor aging reports to identify past-due accounts and contact clients to secure outstanding payments.
- Prepare Export LC and Sight documents, calculate salesman incentives, and generate monthly sales reports and cash flow projections.
- Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions, and the management and settlement of main petty cash.
- Prepare, review, and file monthly VAT returns, and reconcile VAT ledger accounts against financial statements.
