Job Summary
Imdaad LLC, a regional leader in Integrated Facilities Management, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant – Accounts Receivable to join its Finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing AR activities, customer invoicing, reconciliations, ageing reports, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role and a professional accounting qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable activities and customer invoicing.
- Review contracts and prepare recurring invoices.
- Reconcile customer accounts and obtain balance confirmations.
- Monitor ageing reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Verify journals, accruals, and month-end closing entries.
- Review collections and support cash flow management.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, and auditors.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs.
- Support payroll processing and other finance operations as required.
