Job Overview
Job Summary
Olsen & Partners is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join its team and support the successful delivery of projects through effective technical coordination and documentation. The role involves preparing, reviewing and coordinating shop drawings across MEP, structural and architectural disciplines, interpreting IFC drawings, managing RFIs and consultant comments, and monitoring drawing progress against project schedules. The ideal candidate holds a degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering or a related field with 4–7 years of relevant construction or design coordination experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review and coordinate shop drawings across MEP, structural and architectural disciplines.
- Interpret IFC drawings and ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Manage RFIs and consultant comments to drive timely resolutions.
- Monitor drawing progress in line with project schedules.
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
