Job Summary
FAAN Perfumes is seeking an experienced Perfumes Mixing Operator for its Sharjah factory, responsible for the precise compounding and blending of raw materials to create high-quality fragrance bases. The role involves accurate measurement and mixing of chemical ingredients, essential oils, and alcohol to strict master formulations, safe operation of mixing equipment, and routine quality checks. A minimum of 3 years experience in the perfume or fragrance industry is required, with UAE market experience highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Compounding and blending: accurately measure, weigh, and mix chemical ingredients, essential oils, and alcohol according to strict master formulations.
- Equipment operation: safely operate and maintain mixing tanks, agitators, filtration systems, and weighing scales.
- Quality control: conduct routine checks on batches for appearance, clarity, and odor to ensure compliance before transferring to the filling lines.
- Inventory and logging: maintain precise batch records, log raw material usage, and report any discrepancies or stock shortages.
- Safety and hygiene: strictly adhere to GMP, HSE guidelines, and standard operating procedures to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment.
