Mullapully is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join its team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile phones and related devices across both Android and iOS platforms. The role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in smartphones and mobile devices.
- Perform repairs and replacements of screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system and software-related problems.
- Install, update, and configure mobile applications and firmware.
- Conduct quality checks and testing after repairs to ensure device functionality.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service activities.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers.
- Ensure proper handling of customer devices and maintain confidentiality of data.
- Keep the work area organized, follow safety procedures, and stay updated with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques.
