Job Summary
FMC Network UAE is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of accounting experience and a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Experience in the health insurance, health insurance TPA or insurance industry will be a significant advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred for this full-time role.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Junior Accountant vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in English and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in Health Insurance TPA, Health Insurance or the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Professional accounting certification, plus experience with insurance-related accounting and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.
