Job Summary
Green Stone Landscaping LLC is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead and manage all Occupational Health and Safety activities across its project sites. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 15 years of Health and Safety experience with extensive exposure to construction projects, a relevant degree, ADOSH-SF Practitioner certification, Grade A ADOSH Practitioner registration, and mandatory ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all Occupational Health and Safety activities across project sites.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, ADOSH requirements, and client standards.
- Develop and implement HSE management systems and strategies.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Lead HSE meetings, training, and emergency preparedness.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this HSE Manager vacancy in Abu Dhabi must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Minimum 15 years of Health and Safety experience, with extensive experience in construction projects.
- Successfully completed ADOSH-SF Practitioner Course.
- Grade A ADOSH Practitioner Registration (or equivalent approval).
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing HSE teams on major construction projects.
Education (one of the following)
- Master's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' relevant managerial experience; or
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 6 years' relevant managerial experience.
