Job Summary
Cambridge International School, Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic, professional and people-focused HR Officer to join its team. The HR Officer will be the first point of contact for staff on HR matters and will support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, compliance and offboarding. Working closely with the School Leadership Team, HR Business Partner and School Support Centre, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional HR support across the school, with a start date of 1 July 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Employee relations and staff support.
- Visa, labour and regulatory compliance processes.
- HR administration and employee record management.
- Staff induction and engagement initiatives.
- Contract preparation and HR documentation.
- Supporting employee wellbeing and lifecycle management.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, KHDA and school policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate for this HR Officer vacancy in Dubai must meet the following criteria:
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred
- Experience within a school environment is highly desirable.
