Al Wathba Insurance is looking for Direct Sales Agents to join its vibrant Sales team in Dubai and Sharjah. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, handling customer inquiries, recommending suitable insurance products, processing applications and supporting renewals while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Handle inbound calls, online chats, emails and in-person customer interactions in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant insurance products.
- Provide clear explanations of product benefits, procedures, policy terms and recommendations.
- Conduct outbound calls for policy renewals and customer follow-ups.
- Process insurance applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.
- Evaluate insurance cases, determine appropriate premiums and follow company policy guidelines.
- Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
