Job Summary
New Age Insurance Brokers L.L.C. is looking for a strategic and hands-on Digital, Data & Operations Analyst to support digital transformation, automation and internal IT ownership from day one. The selected candidate will work across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, vendor management, data governance and compliance-focused operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across business and operational workflows.
- Streamline operations through automation and process improvement.
- Manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, Teams and Power Automate.
- Oversee external IT vendors and coordinate day-to-day technology support requirements.
- Support compliance with UAE PDPL and CBUAE regulations.
- Maintain data governance standards and act as the internal IT lead for operational teams.
